We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, as it is very close to Shibuya station and the famous Shibuya crossing. It is also situated on a quieter road, providing a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to all the main attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, with our room being cute and clean, and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were also great, with comfortable western style bedrooms, including a king size bed. the hotel offered a buffet breakfast with a good start to the day.

During our recent stay at Shibuya Granbell Hotel, we were pleased with the great location right in the heart of Shibuya. The room we stayed in was generous in size and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Although the common areas of the hotel appeared a bit tired and in need of refurbishment, our room itself was newly refurbished and provided a quiet and comfortable retreat. We were also grateful for the hotel's service of holding our luggage for a week while we traveled around the country. we had a pleasant experience at Granbell Hotel and would recommend it to others considering a stay in Shibuya.
